Shipping Policy for Garber Coffee

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the UK only. 

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Processing time includes verifying payment, preparing your order, and packing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Shipping Methods and Rates

    • Standard Shipping (within the UK): 2-4 business days, £2.50
    • Express Shipping (within the UK): 1-3 business days, £3.50

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

4. Shipping Timeframes

Domestic Orders typically arrive within 1-4 business days after processing.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order’s status using the link provided in the email.

6. Shipping Issues

If you experience any issues with your shipment, including delays, damaged items, or incorrect deliveries, please contact our customer service team at customercare@garbercoffee.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment or provide an incorrect address, you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

8. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
